Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply when you access or use the Bunnimade Bakery website, accounts, Cake Menu, Cake Design, cart, cake ordering, and online support features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. User accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Bunnimade may restrict an account that is locked, disabled, or apparently used without authorization. The website does not currently offer a self-service Delete Account button; account requests are handled through the support email.

3. Google Login

You may use Google Login to authenticate and create or link a Bunnimade account. Bunnimade receives your Google identifier, verified email, name, and profile picture; it does not receive your Google password or access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts. Your use of Google is also subject to Google's terms.

4. Cake orders

You must check the product, quantity, design, recipient details, address, and delivery time before ordering. A new order is marked “Pending”; this is not the bakery's final confirmation. It may then move through “Confirmed”, “Preparing”, “Ready”, “Out for delivery”, “Completed”, or “Cancelled”.

You can edit delivery details or cancel directly on the website only while the order is Pending. For other requests, contact Bunnimade; available options depend on the order's actual progress.

5. Prices and payment

The estimated total is calculated from the product, size, design options, quantity, voucher, and delivery fee shown at checkout. The website currently provides VietQR and MoMo payment instructions and creates a distinct transfer reference for order matching. Bunnimade does not directly collect payment-card details. Display or reconciliation issues will be reviewed using the order record and payment evidence.

6. Cake Menu

Names, images, descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability in the Cake Menu support your choice at the time of access and may be updated. Illustrative images may differ slightly from a handmade finished cake without changing the essential confirmed choice.

7. Cake Design

Cake Design lets you choose from currently supported shapes, sizes, flavors, colors, sauces, messages, and decorations. You are responsible for checking text and images you provide. Bunnimade may contact you to clarify feasibility before confirming an order.

8. 3D preview

The 3D/360° preview and design-assistant suggestions help you visualize a cake; they are not photographs of the finished product. Reasonable differences may occur in screen-rendered color, proportions, decorative detail, available ingredients, and handmade execution. Necessary adjustments should be discussed reasonably and do not permit arbitrary changes to a confirmed design.

9. User-provided content

When you submit messages, notes, Photocake images, or design requests, you confirm that you have the right to use them and permit Bunnimade to process, store, and use them only as needed to provide support, create a preview, and fulfill the order. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not interfere with the system; access accounts or administration areas without authorization; distribute malware; abuse APIs; impersonate others; or use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or another person's rights.

11. Intellectual property

Bunnimade-created branding, interfaces, code, images, and content belong to Bunnimade or their respective licensors. You retain rights in lawful content you provide. Permission to use that content to fulfill an order does not transfer ownership beyond what is necessary.

12. Third-party services

The website uses or links to Google services, including Google Login, Analytics, Google Sheets, and Gemini when configured, as well as social platforms. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and Bunnimade does not control their availability.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website reliable, but it may be paused for maintenance, updates, incident response, or circumstances outside our control. Some features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

14. Reasonable limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bunnimade is not liable for indirect loss caused by outages, device or network failures, third-party services, or inaccurate information supplied by a user. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory liability or consumer rights protected by applicable law.

15. Changes to services and terms

We may update features and these terms to reflect operations or legal requirements. A new version applies from its posted date unless otherwise stated.
